“Brain Drain Workshop” Successfully Held at Ankara Bilkent Cyberpark

The “Brain Drain Workshop,” in which our federation participated as a stakeholder, was successfully held in a hybrid format on December 1, 2022, at Ankara Bilkent Cyberpark. Organized under the auspices of the Turkish Informatics Association (TBD) and with contributions from TÜYAFED, TOBB, TÜBİSAD, and TGBD, the workshop gathered representatives from government, industry, NGOs, and academia to discuss five critical topics on brain drain. Topics Addressed: 1. Residents in Turkey working remotely for abroad 2. Individuals leaving Turkey to work abroad 3. Foreign nationals coming to Turkey for work 4. Individuals abroad working remotely for Turkey 5. Those interested in working abroad The workshop report will soon be shared with the public.
