TÜYAFED President Mustafa Çalış Presents at Ministry of Labor’s Gender Equality Workshop

TÜYAFED President Mustafa Çalış participated in the “Supporting Decent Jobs for the Future with a Focus on Gender Equality” workshop organized by the Ministry of Labor on September 28 in Istanbul. At the event, Çalış delivered a presentation on potential applications to promote a fair and inclusive labor market, showcasing TÜYAFED’s ongoing efforts and proposed solutions in this field. The workshop gathered numerous public institutions, universities, industry chambers, labor unions, and NGOs, including the International Labour Organization (ILO) Turkey Office, Istanbul Technical University, Istanbul Family and Social Services Directorate, Istanbul Chamber of Commerce, Istanbul Chamber of Industry, and KADEM. This event aimed to advance gender equality and increase decent job opportunities within the region’s labor market. TÜYAFED expressed gratitude to all participating institutions and stakeholders and reaffirmed its commitment to fostering a fair and inclusive labor market.
